We access only the information we need to settle your transactions and help you fix problems with your account. We will never try to sell anything to your customers, and we cannot see your customers' credit card numbers—that information is managed by a third-party credit card processing vendor with bank-level security protection.
Since we’re a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the arts and cultural sector, we may use aggregate transaction data to conduct research for the benefit of the field, but anytime we do that it will be purged of personally identifying information.What support will you provide my customers?
If a patron has technical trouble with Artful.ly (buying tickets, etc.), our support team is available to help sort it out. For refunds, exchanges, or questions regarding your show or work, your patron should contact you first. After all, no one knows your work, your mission, and your patrons better than you!
