What is the hourly rates form?
The hourly rates form is more than how you display the cost of renting your space, it is how you organize the ‘inventory’ of what your space has to offer. We understand rental prices are determined by a number of factors and have created a flexible form that functions to connect your space to renters narrowing down their search by rental rate (often a top concern for renters).
Where do I input this information?
You can access this page on the left side of your dashboard under the ‘Manage This Space’ column. Make sure you have selected all the possible uses for your space in the ‘Space Usage’ tab first (such as Rehearsal, Special Event, etc.) as the Hourly Rates form allows you to enter a rate for each Space Usage selected.
How do I fill it out?
You will need a separate Hourly Rates form for each pricing scenario in your space. If everything is $20/hr all day, every day for any type of usage than you’ll only need one form. This, however, is rarely the case. Many spaces have weekend rates or early bird specials, and if the cost is different it needs a new form. Also, the price might differ based on usage. It is common for rehearsal and audition rates to be different, so each type of usage will need a new form as well. If that is the case AND you have special weekend rates than you’ll need a form for weekend auditions, weekday auditions, weekend rehearsals, etc.
