Space requests can be approved in 2 ways:
1. Through the "Pending Space Request" on your Dashboard
2. Through viewing the details of the requestDetails View
When you approve a request the renter will receive an email confirmation. If you collect payment up front when you approve the request, the renter's credit card is charged. Once the request is approved, you can still edit or cancel/refund up until the start time of the rental.
Reminder: Approving the request DOES NOT automatically add it to your calendar.Denying Space Requests
To deny a space request, select the option from the details view, and enter a reason for the renter. This will be emailed to the renter as it is entered into the comment box.
Expired Space Requests
Space requests that are never approved or denied expire when the rental date passes. No notification is sent to the renter.
