Who can request a visa letter of consultation?

Fractured Atlas accepts letter of consultation requests from artists, attorneys representing an artist/arts group, or petitioners assisting in the submission of a visa application. The requester just needs to create a login here: https://visas.fracturedatlas.org/ and will then be able to access the submission form.
