Grant Review Rush Services

There are generally no fees related to applying for grants if you plan ahead and manage your deadlines well. However, in some situations the following fees may apply:

• Grant administration fee: We allocate one hour of staff time for each LOI and grant application in order to review it and prepare required materials. If more than one hour of a Fractured Atlas staff member’s time is required to help you submit a grant or administer the award and reports, we will need to charge you for the time required at a rate of $50/hr. You will be notified of this at the beginning of the application process in cases where it is applicable.

Grant reviews and requests of documentation for grant applications will receive a response within 10 business days (2 weeks). The response may include requests for more information or clarification, in which case a final decision on your application may take longer. We are pleased to offer rush services if your needs require a faster response time.

• Rush Service: $75 if you need a response within 5 business days. (“Day 1” is the first business day after your request).
• Expedited Service: $250 if you need a response by the next business day. Our ability to facilitate a next-day request depends on volume; we cannot guarantee expedited turnaround and will only charge you for expedited service if we can honor your request.

To protect the integrity of the program and to ensure that funders have a positive experience with Fractured Atlas projects, we try only to submit sponsored proposals that are appropriate and well presented.
