You may have received a number of emails saying that your billing failed and now you're at the Community level of membership. Is there any way to get everything back to the way it was?
Of course!
To update your billing information:
- Log into www.fracturedatlas.org
- Click "Billing," under your initials.
- Click Update Payment Method
- Finally, to upgrade your membership, navigate back to the Billing Dashboard and click Edit Your Subscription
If you had a fiscally sponsored project, you will also need to email support@fracturedatlas.org to request that your project be re-activated.
