You may have received a number of emails saying that your billing failed and now you're at the Community level of membership. Is there any way to get everything back to the way it was?
If you log in to your account at www.fracturedatlas.org, you can:
- Go to "My Stuff"
- Click "Upgrade Membership"
If you had a fiscally sponsored project, you will also need to either reply to the "F.S Project Termination," automated email you received or send a message to email@example.com to request that your project be re-activated.
