I received notice that my membership dues didn't go through.

We email all members if their membership dues charge is unsuccessful, and after three unsuccessful attempts, memberships are automatically downgraded. If your membership is downgraded to a non-dues paying level, please note that your Fiscal Sponsorship will automatically end. To reactivate your sponsorship, simply upgrade your membership to a dues paying level and then email [e-mail].

There are a number of reasons the charge may not go through, including a past expiration date, an incorrect billing zip code, or a rejection from your bank.

To update your billing information: 

1. Log into www.fracturedatlas.org
2. Click "Billing," under your initials.
3. Click Update Payment Method
