An authorized user is a person whose name is listed on a membership. For Community and Professional level memberships, there can only be one person listed. For Organization level memberships, you can have three or more authorized users listed on the account. We can only share account-specific information with the authorized user(s) for that account. This is to protect the privacy of our members.
If you have an Organization level membership, there is a “primary,” user who is able to add or remove authorized users on the account. The primary user can make these changes by:
- Logging into www.fracturedatlas.org
- Clicking "Billing," under your initials.
- Clicking Manage Additional Users
- Adding each additional user's email address and clicking Invite
If you signed up for membership and are working with another person who is going to be the primary administrator of the account (e.g. they are going to be the one calling or emailing Fractured Atlas regarding the account), we ask that you either request to have the membership under their name, or upgrade to the Organization level of membership and add them as an authorized user.
