All fiscally-sponsored projects that have received donations and/or released funds for their project are required to submit an Annual Report. This report is due April 1st for funds disbursed the prior calendar year. If the report is not submitted through our website by this date, your project will automatically be "frozen."
While your project is frozen, donations cannot be processed for the purposes of your project and you will not be able to release funds to your project's bank account. Your project's Online Profile will also be deactivated until the Annual Report is received and your project's status is updated.
If you have been notified that your sponsored project has been frozen, fill out and submit the outstanding Annual Report as soon as possible. Once you've submitted the report, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that the report has been submitted. A staff member will verify that the report was received and reactivate your project so that you can continue fundraising and/or releasing funds to support your work.
