Completing a grant report
It's common for grantmakers to require that recipients report back on how the awarded funds were used.
When applicable, Fractured Atlas will send automated reminders to prompt our sponsored projects to complete their grant reports.
All report materials should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before submission for review and approval.
Once we've signed off on a report, we may instruct the fiscally sponsored project to submit it to the funder directly or, if necessary, we will submit it ourselves.
Things to keep in mind:
Similar to a grant application, we’ll designate 1 hour at no cost for grant reports. There are rare situations when elaborate or extensive documentation is required (usually when dealing with government funding agencies), and we may need to charge for our time in those cases. In these cases, we’ll charge the same $50/hr rate we charge for grant administration.
