Once you've received donations for your project and linked your bank account to your sponsored project to release funds, you can submit a request to release funds to cover project-related expenses.
We require a breakdown of expenses when the funds are requested, to provide oversight for the funds processed through our Fiscal Sponsorship program. The oversight is necessary to confirm that the funds are being used for appropriate expenses related to the project's charitable activities that were approved by our Board of Directors.
When completing the form, you should select an expense category from the drop-down for each expense line item. If you have multiple expenses in the same category, you should list the cumulative total of the projected/actual expenses in that category as a single line item.
