IRS Determination Letter from Fractured Atlas

Requirements for Fractured Atlas Documents  

Donors and other entities may ask for an IRS Determination Letter in order to initiate a donation for the purposes of your sponsored project.    

Any time a donor, venue, institution or other entity is requesting documents, you must contact Fractured Atlas to obtain these documents. You are not permitted to use previously issued documents, as these may be out of date and are not approved for this specific need.  

We will often administer the documents if proper communication is made to [e-mail] beforehand.  

Things to Be Aware of:

• If the request is coming from a foundation, this may also require us to review an application or proposal for the funds.   
• If there is a formal application, guidelines or instructions from the entity asking, the procedures for grant application reviews must be followed.
