How do I add or hide rewards on live campaigns?

Once your campaign has been approved, you may want to add additional rewards, or manage your existing ones. 

How do I add a new reward to a live or approved campaign?

If you have a great idea for a new reward, and want to add it to either a Live or Approved campaign, you can do so by following the same steps you'd take to add a reward.

Note: All new rewards will be reviewed by a Fractured Atlas staff member before they can be taken live. 

If you choose to save the reward instead of submitting it, you can go back to make edits before submitting it for review. You can also submit a draft reward directly from the rewards table. 

A reward that has been submitted, but not approved will be set to pending. Once the staff member approves the reward, it will go live on your campaign. 

What can I edit on a live reward?

• Once a reward is live on your campaign, only the quantity of the reward may be edited.
• Your featured reward may be changed at any time.
• If any other aspects of your reward need to be changed, please contact support. 

I need to take a reward off of my campaign, what do I do?

While a reward cannot be deleted, you can hide a reward to either remove it from a campaign, or to make it available at a later time. Showing or hiding a reward can be toggled from the visibility column on the rewards table.
