Have you tried resetting your password? To do this:
- Click Log In
- On the login portal click Reset Password
A new password will be emailed to the email on file for your membership. Use this new password to log in and then you can change your password to something more permanent by:
- Going to My Stuff
- Clicking Change Password
If you’ve tried to change your password and still can’t log in, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Difference Between a Membership Username vs. Membership Email:
Your username will show up publicly in the member directory and on your member profile. Your member email is the email address associated with your membership. You can use both the membership username and the membership email to log in to www.fracturedatlas.org.
I No Longer Have Access to My Membership Email:
You can use your membership username or membership email address to log into your membership account and then:
- Go to My Stuff
- Click Contact Info and change the email address on file
If you don’t remember your password, please email email@example.com with your membership name and email address and we can update the address on file on your behalf.
I’m Not Sure if I Already Have a Membership Account:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the first and last name, and email address that you think you may have signed up for a membership with. We’ll respond in 1-2 business days and let you know if you have an account or not.
