If we did not activate your Paid Ticketing yet before you created your shows, you'll need to go in and add the ticket price for each show date and time you created. Changing the ticket fees under the Prices option of Event Details won't do it. So after we confirm your Kit has been activated you have two options:
OPTION 1: Edit Each Show's Ticket Information
- Open up the List View under the Shows Menu
- Click a show
- Click the gear button under Ticket Types and choose Edit
- Update the price
- Repeat for all shows you want to change the prices for

OR OPTION 2: Delete Shows and Schedule New Ones
You can also delete any show you haven't already sold tickets to. That might be faster if you have to edit a bunch of shows!

Update your Ticket Type information in the Prices section of the Event Details menu
- Expand the shows menu again and click add shows. All of your updated pricing information will apply.
