Your Storefront is open to sell tickets up to one hour after your show begins. After about an hour, the storefront stops displaying the show so that patrons can't buy tickets from home too long after the curtain rises. In our experience, if a customer is waiting until near showtime to buy a ticket, they'll just show up at the door to make the purchase.
If you'd like to remove the show from your storefront sooner, you can unpublish the show at any time. These actions can be done on the Show Details page. This puts you in control of exactly when or where the patron will see it.
On the other hand, producers can sell tickets via the box office up to two business days after each show. Credit card sales should not be made after this time period because the show settlement will have already been sent and thus it will be impossible to settle or refund the money.
