Can I book more than one space at a time?
Not at this time. Currently the booking system creates a transaction for each individual date/time/space requested. This allows for flexible refund policies as well as nifty features like an automatic email reminders 12 hrs before your booking with details and a map.
Why am I asked for my credit card with some spaces and not with others?
Venues have the option to accept space requests with or without securing online payment up front. This varies from listing to listing.
How far in advance do I need to book online?
The default is 2 business days but venues have the option to increase or decrease the lead time for online booking. Some Space Managers are able to respond to within hours or same day and welcome last minute online bookings. Others (often because of staffing limitations) require more time. The lead time required to book online is communicated below the listing calendar.
How is "Total Rental Cost" calculated for online booking?
Date, time, space usage, and rental rates are all variables in calculating the total cost for online booking. Changing any of these variables may change your total cost.
For example: certain days of the week or times of day can be a lower rental rate. Read the listing carefully to fully understand your online booking and offline booking options.
What should I expect after I complete my Space Request to book online?
You'll receive an email with the details you submitted in your space request for reference.
Once the Space Manager approves or denies your request you'll receive an email confirmation. Depending on the type of rental the Space Manger might contact you directly for more information.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation, refund and booking policies are specific to each space. Before you complete an online booking request you are asked to review those policies and confirm you agree to them.
When will my credit card be charged?
When your Space Request is approved by the Space Manager.
Can I use an international credit card for online booking?
Yes. Many of our venues welcome renters from around the world, so we are happy to facilitate online booking for all. For the transaction to be approved, The card has to have a major carrier logo: American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Debit cards without a major credit card logo are not accepted.
