The Revenue Meter shows the total number and value of a person's purchases and donations to your organization. Depending on what kinds of things your organization sells through Artful.ly, this may include tickets, memberships, passes, and donations.
From a person's record, you can filter his or her spending history by time period or item type.
Search By Time Period
Click on Lifetime.
- Search by Lifetime: Returns the value of every single purchase or donation a patron has made.
- Search by Year: Option to search the last three years.
Search by Date Range: Enter the dates in the form displayed to search for purchases/donations during that period.
Search By Revenue Type
Click on Total.
- Total: All tickets, donations, memberships, and passes.
- Tickets, Donations, Memberships, or Passes: Depending on what kits you have turned on, different items will be listed below "Total". The number of items is listed after each type. Select one type to see how much this individual spent on a particular item in the given time period.
As you select different types of items, you will see sections of the ring darken. The darker area represents the revenue from the select item type relative to total revenue.
On the right side of the meter, the blue dots provide a visual aid to understanding a individual's value relative to others in your database. This display changes to reflect the item type and time period you have selected. Mouse over the dots to see how this individual's spending with your organization compares to your average patron.
