Every order made through any sales channel will create Order Details. This is where you'll go:
- Make and read notes on orders
- Perform returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Audit the history of an order
- Resend email receipts and print hard copies
Here's an example of what the order details page can look like:
Notes on Orders
Order Details pages have two places where you can read notes on an order: Special Instructions and Internal Notes. If you ask a question at checkout using Special Instructions, they'll appear in yellow. You can add your own notes to an order during a transaction in the Box Office or Sales Console, or on the Order Details page. Your Internal Notes appear in blue.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
You'll also open Order Details if you need to refund, return, and exchange tickets, donations, memberships, or passes. Each of these inventory types gets their own table on the page.
