Every morning, Artful.ly sends you an email summarizing the all your sales and donations from the previous day.
These emails are sent to the person listed as the Organization Administrator on your account, and whomever the Organization Administrator has listed as a recipient.
The email includes all ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, and donations the day before. You won't receive a Daily Sales Emails for days with no activity. To see the full order details of each transaction, you can click on an order number.
Additionally, Artful.ly will send the Organization Administrator a notification when your organization receives a donation; the Organization Administrator can turn this email on for other users on the account.
Note: Dollar amounts listed are gross sales and do not include the 3.5% credit card fees.
Receiving a daily sales email is entirely optional. The Organization Administrator may opt out of receiving these emails by visiting the link at the bottom of the email and adjusting your settings. This can be done for every user on the account. On the Account Administration page, the Organization Administrator can edit who does or does not receive the email by selecting "Edit" next to each user.
