On September 22, 2015, we released version 2.0 of our MailChimp integration. In order to take advantage of the updated integration features and see these changes on your account, you may need to re-sync the Artful.ly connection with MailChimp.
This also applies to you if you ever add, delete, rename, or reorganize the lists and groups in your MailChimp account. To see these changes reflected in Artful.ly, you'll most likely need to resync the connection between the two apps. (But you should NOT have to change or update your API key.)
When you are logged in as an Organization administrator, here's how to re-sync:
- Go to your Account Administration page, then view the Kits section.
- Under MailChimp, click Configure.
Select Manage my connected lists.
Do not change any of the settings on this page, just click on the Save button at the bottom. This will kick off the sync.
Note: It may take some time for the sync to complete, especially if you've got a lot of subscribers. If you don't see changes right away, check back after an hour.
