For every type of sale that can be made in Artful.ly there is a corresponding Orders Report category that you can find in the Orders menu at the top of Artful.ly.
You can use Orders reports to export and track sales over a period of time, quickly get a sense of which of your shows are selling, and quickly access order details when performing refunds, returns, and exchanges
These reports can be found for:
For each report, you can narrow down the range of visible orders by date; and for events, memberships, and passes you can narrow your results to a specific event, pass type or membership type.
Each of the reports gives you a table with the relevant information for each type of report. Depending on the type of report, the table includes:

|Order||Order ID number from the customer's order. Clicking on it will take you to the Order Details|
|Time/Date||Date and time the order was placed|
|Person||Who made the purchase|
|Method||The payment method used|
|Amount/Total Contribution||How much the supporter paid or gave|
|Event and Show (Ticket Orders)||The event and show the customer purchased tickets to|
|Fiscal Year (Donations)||The fiscal year the contribution was made in. Your fiscal year is set in Account Administration|
|Membership Type (Memberships)||What type of membership the customer purchased|
|Pass Type||What type of pass the customer purchased|
If you're looking for other information that may or may not include orders, it may be more appropriate to run an advanced search to find it.
