Sometimes a patron might lose a pass code and need your help retrieving it.
To Retreive a Patron's Passcode
- Search for the individual's People Record.
- Click on the Passholder tag. This will take you to the patron's Pass History.
- Select View Passcodes and retrieve the code from the record.
- You can then resend the patron's pass code in an email, or you can use this in conjunction with Work With button and Sell To to sell a patron a ticket through the Sales Console.
