It's possible to see the pass usage for individual patrons in their pass histories, but sometimes you'll want a higher-level view of the pass usage for your whole patron base. We call it the Pass Usage report. To find it, navigate to Reports in the top menu bar and select Pass Usage. A copy of your pass report can also be downloaded as a CSV.
On this page you can search by pass type and order date range to find when tickets are being claimed through your passes. In the report, you'll find an at-a-glance view of:
- The number of passes sold
- The number of tickets sold from passes
- How many tickets remain on those passes
Using the drop down menu, you can find information on a specific type of pass, and/or a specific date range.
Within each row you'll be able to find:
- Pass usage report table viewWhich pass type was used
- Order number and date
- Passholder name
- Event name
- Number of tickets in the order
- Original ticket price
- Gross sales
In the bottom portion of the report, you'll find more information about the individual orders where passes were used. Usually you'll be looking at the usage report for multiple people, but for the above example, it's easiest if we look at one usage for one person's orders. In the example, we can see Leslie has purchased one pass valid for six tickets. She has used the pass to purchase four tickets over two orders, and there are now two tickets left on her pass.
