As of February 5, 2021, donors can update their own monthly donations on Fractured Atlas's fundraising website, Fundraising by Fractured Atlas.

Getting started:
If this is your first time logging into your monthly donation account, you'll need to set up a new password associated with your email address. To set up a new password:
- Please go to https://fundraising.fracturedatlas.org/
- Click SIGN IN/UP in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Then, after making sure you're on the "Sign In" tab, click "Don't Remember your Password?" and follow the prompts to set a new password.
Note: If you are a member of Fractured Atlas and have used the same email address for your monthly donation and your membership, you can use the login credentials for your membership to access your monthly donation dashboard.
Monthly Donation Dashboard
Monthly donors now have a donor dashboard where they can:
- Update payment method for each donation.
- Update their donation amount and opt into and out of covering the fiscal sponsorship administrative fee.
- Cancel a monthly donation.
Note: Monthly donations processed prior to February 5, 2021 and one-time donations will not appear in this dashboard.
To access this dashboard:
- Please go to https://fundraising.fracturedatlas.org/
- Click SIGN IN/UP in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. (Please see Getting started if you have never logged in before)
- Click "My Donations" after logging in
Updating Billing Information for a Monthly Donation
You can update your billing information by:
- Going to https://fundraising.fracturedatlas.org/
- Click SIGN IN/UP in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. (Please see Getting started if you have never logged in before)
- Click "My Donations" after logging in
- Click the "Update Card" button on the donation you'd like to update.
- Fill in your new billing information on the Stripe form. This will not charge your card.
Note: If you have more than one monthly donation set up, you'll need to update your card for each. Updating your billing information for one will not update it for all of your monthly donations.
Changing your donation amount and/or changing your fee preferences
Once on your monthly donation dashboard, you can also change the amount of your donation and opt into or out of covering Fractured Atlas's administrative fees. To update either of these items:
- Click the "Manage" button for the monthly donation you'd like to update.
- Use the "Update Donation" fields to enter the new donation amount.
- Use the "Cover Processing Fee" checkbox to opt into or out of covering the fee.
Note: If you have more than one monthly donation set up, you'll need to update donation amounts and fee preferences for each. Updating your donation amount for one will not update it for all of your monthly donations.
Canceling your monthly donation
Once on your monthly donation dashboard, you can also cancel your monthly donation. To cancel your donation:
- Click the "Manage" button for the monthly donation you'd like to update.
- Click "LOOKING TO CANCEL YOUR DONATION?" link near the bottom of the screen.
Downloading a tax receipt from your donation dashboard
You can also download a tax receipt from your monthly donation dashboard for each donation. To do so, click the "TAX RECEIPT" link for the donation you'd like a receipt for.
