How to request a Second Letter for a RFE?

Sometimes, USCIS requests further evidence after their initial review (which usually means a more specific letter of consultation). If Fractured Atlas reviewed the initial visa application and supplied a peer letter of consultation for the application that received the RFE, we charge $100 for the second letter for a 3-5 business day review. If you require expedited service, we charge a $250 fee for a 1-business day review.

If Fractured Atlas never reviewed the initial application and you were referred to us by USCIS in your RFE notice, we can provide a peer letter of consultation, however, it will be subject to our initial review process and standard $200 fee. To request a second letter for an RFE from Fractured Atlas as a returning requester:

1. Go to visas.fracturedatlas.org and sign in to your account
2. Find the name of the artist that received the RFE notice
3. Click the "ACTIONS" button in the row of their request
4. Click "Request for Evidence"
   
5. You will be brought to the Request for Evidence request form. This page contains the information pertaining to the Original Letter Requested. In the text field provided, please explain why the application received an RFE in the "Request for Evidence Notes" section.
   
6. If you need Expedited Service, please check the box indicated. (Please note: expedited services cannot be guaranteed. We will refund any expedited charge if the request is not fulfilled within one business day of receiving all required materials.)
7. In the Documents section, please include PDF copies of any additional evidence requested and the Request for Evidence document provided by USCIS
8. Click "SAVE" to save your progress or "SUBMIT AND CHECK OUT" if you are ready to pay for the visa letter
9. Once you click "SUBMIT AND CHECK OUT", you can pay for the second letter with the credit that is already on file. Alternatively, you can change the credit card by clicking "CHANGE"
   
10. After you have successfully paid, the Second Letter request will be sent to our staff for review!

Upgrading a Second Letter to Expedite Review

If you have already submitted a second letter request but need to upgrade to expedited review, please use the steps below:

1. Go to visas.fracturedatlas.org and sign in to your account
2. Find the name of the artist a RFE letter was requested for
3. Click the "ACTIONS" button in the row of their request
4. Click "EXPEDITE"
5. Proceed in paying for the $250 expedited review fee

Our staff will get a message indicating the request has been upgraded to expedited review. As a reminder, expedited services are not guaranteed. We will refund any expedited charge if the request is not fulfilled within one business day of receiving all required materials.
