Artful.ly supports emoji in the following fields:
1. Event Details
Found under the “About” tab in your event’s details is your Event Description. Here's where you'll tell people what you want them to know about the event before they buy tickets, and now you can say it in emoji!
Found under the “Messages” tab in your event’s details is the option to include a question during checkout. You can select the box that allows for a question during checkout and can type in your question under the 'Special Instructions Caption.' If your customers include emoji in their question responses, they will display on the door list and order details.
2. Box Office
You can make internal notes on Order Details or through internal sales channels like the Box Office and Sales Console, and now you can include emoji!
3. 501c3 Donations
If you are a 501c3 and have the 501c3 Donations Kit activated, your donors can now use emoji in the “Special Instructions” box before making a donation.
