How do I update the details section or media?

Fiscally sponsored projects can now edit their live crowdfunding campaigns on fundraising.fracturedatlas.org! 

Please note, if a campaign is approved but not yet launched, any edits will cause the campaign to return to draft mode, and require you to resubmit the entire campaign for review and approval. 

To edit your live campaign, first log into fundraising.fracturedatlas.org, and navigate to the campaign and tab that you'd like to edit. 

Details

Once the campaign is live, you will not be able to change your Campaign Title, Goal Amount, or Discipline, but you can update the location!

About

Once the campaign is live, you can also edit your Tagline and Description under the About tab. To make these edits:

1. Go to the About tab.
2. Click "Yes" that you'd like to make edits.
   
   
   
   
3. Edit the text, add images, etc.
4. After you're done editing, click "Save," to save a draft, or click "Save and Submit," to submit your edits for review.
   
   

After your edits have been submitted, they will be reviewed by a Fractured Atlas staff member within 1-2 business days. When they are approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and the edits will go live. If our staff has any questions about the edits that need to be answered before we can approve them, we'll contact you directly via email. 

Media

To change the video or image on your crowdfunding campaign, please email [e-mail] with the updated media, and a staff member will update it on your behalf within 1-2 business days. 

Rewards

You can edit your campaign rewards after the campaign is launched by going to the Rewards tab and hiding existing approved rewards or submitting new ones. Learn more about crowdfunding campaign rewards.

To hide an existing reward click the green "Show/Hide," button next to the reward.

To add a new reward:

1. Click the plus sign.
   
   
2. Add the Reward Title, Description, Minimum Donation Amount, Market Value Amount, and Quantity Available, and then click "Save," to save it as a draft, or "Submit," to submit it for review.
   

Once you submit your reward, it will be reviewed by a Fractured Atlas staff member within 1-2 business days. When approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and the reward will go live. If our staff has any questions about the reward that need to be answered before we can approve it, we'll contact you directly via email. 

Schedule

Once launched, you will NOT be able to edit the schedule of your crowdfunding campaign. 

Updates

Updates will post to your campaign page, and send an email to everyone who has donated to your campaign to-date. Updates go live immediately, and do not require Fractured Atlas staff review and approval. Learn more about Campaign Updates.
