How to update your visa billing information

If you submitted a visa letter request without payment information or if there was an error with your credit card, you can update the credit card to be used for that request by logging back into https://visas.fracturedatlas.org/ and navigating to the specific request that needs updating.

Once you've clicked on the specific request that requires payment information, you'll be taken to the payment page where you can either check out with the credit card on file or with a new credit card.

To add a new credit card or update an incorrect credit card, select the "Set up a new card" radio button, enter your new information, and click "Pay $200."
