On your public Profile page, donors will be presented with the options to make a “one-time” or monthly donation. Choosing either will take the donor from your Profile page to your General Support page.
While it appears similar to your public Profile, this is a great place to be more specific with your appeal. Let your donors know exactly what you’re fundraising for and why their donations matter. Provide some context; are you running an end-of-year campaign, fundraising for a capital project, or asking for tuition sponsorship for your educational program? General Support is where you'll include this information with your ‘ask’.
To edit your General Support page, first log into www.fundraising.fracturedatlas.org and click “General Support” on the Dashboard.
On the left-side menu, you’ll find the following options:
- Donation Ask Headline: Add/edit your General Support tagline (to be displayed under the main project title).
- Donation Ask: Appeal to your donors. Let them know what you hope to accomplish and how funds will be spent! To add photos, drag image files into the text field below or select the paper clip icon to upload.
Click “(view current)” or “(view pending edits)” to toggle between your current text and edits waiting for approval.
Named Giving Levels
Here you can add Giving Levels to your fundraiser. Giving levels are a great way to structure your contribution levels and incentivize donations to your project with rewards.
Click “+” at the top of the page to create a new giving level. Once you submit your giving levels for staff approval, they cannot be edited. If you’d like to make edits to your rewards before approval, simply delete the levels and then resubmit. Once they have been approved, they cannot be deleted (to maintain transparency and accurate records), but they can be hidden from public view and replaced with new rewards as desired.
Be sure to include the market value of the items that you're offering when creating the Giving Level!
Here you can view your live General Support page, preview any pending edits, and retrieve the link to your profile page to share. Click “Submit For Review” once you’re happy with your edits.
View your donation records.
- Click “Export” at the top to download your donation report in .csv format.
- Search for specific items by name, date, and donation type.
Here you can easily retrieve/copy links to your fundraising page and code snippets to place on your website, in fundraising emails, and other materials shared with your patrons.
Like your public profile page, any edits to your General Support page will need to be reviewed and approved by a staff member within 1-2 business days.
