How to request a secondary Visa Letter?

What is a secondary letter?

Sometimes USCIS requests further evidence after their initial review (which usually means a more specific letter of consultation).

How much does a secondary letter cost?

We charge $100 for the second letter. If you require a rush, we charge a $250 fee.

What documents does Fractured Atlas need to issue a secondary letter?

A copy of USCIS’s Request for Evidence along with any additional evidence that you will be submitting to USCIS.

How can you request a secondary letter?

If you require a second peer advisory letter, please reply to the original email in which you received the first visa letter or email [e-mail] with your RFE letter and any additional evidence. 

How do you pay for the secondary letter?

Once we receive the request and accompanying documents, we'll send you an invoice for the letter and any additional fees. You'll then be able to pay via credit card or ACH. 

How do you receive the secondary letter?

Once our staff has received the RFE and additional documents, conducted a review, and successfully collected payment, we will issue the secondary letter to you via email.
