To maintain fiscal sponsorship, you must keep a Professional or Organization level membership; a lapse in dues will automatically discontinue your project, requiring you to contact support for reactivation.
⛵ Maintaining Fiscal Sponsorship
In order to maintain your fiscally sponsored project, you must have an active membership at the Professional or Organization level. Failure to pay the required membership dues results in an automatic switch to the free Community level of membership, which will automatically discontinue your project in our system. Please make sure to attend to billing issues promptly. If you are worried about making a payment on your due date please contact our staff for options.
⛑️ Reactivating after Billing Failure
If your membership has been automatically switched to the Community level due to non-payment or billing issues, you should email support@fracturedatlas.org to request that your project be reactivated.
