An overview of the Risk Management Toolkit created by Fractured Atlas for fiscally sponsored projects to help build resilience into project planning. 

🎯 What is risk management?

At its core, risk management is about asking questions like “what could get in the way of my work?”, “what can I do to prepare?”, and “what are my next steps if something goes wrong?” It is the process of identifying potential risks that could impact your ability to do your important work.

🧭 What’s in this toolkit?

We’ve organized resources into four categories:

• Nonprofit Risk (crisis communications, executive orders affecting nonprofits, plus cybersecurity)
• General Risk (a general risk assessment matrix, marketing guidance, & more)
• Arts Risk (compliance and risk management for the Arts as a field, risk for performers, and strategy)
• Risk Management Templates (copy & paste these comms plans, plus more matrices & assessments to fill out)
