Fractured Atlas Cannot Process Donations from Raffle Entries

Raffles are governed and regulated by each state as a form of gambling. Income from raffle ticket sales are also considered earned revenue. For these reasons, Fractured Atlas is not able to accept money raised through a raffle or assist projects in conducting a raffle. If you would like to conduct a raffle, please check applicable state regulations to ensure that your raffle complies with the law. If you are able to hold a raffle, note that raffle ticket sales should be made payable to your project directly and not to Fractured Atlas.
